Medium Chain Triglyceride (from Cocos nucifera oil), Cedrus atlantica (Cedarwood) Oil, Santalum spicatum (Sandalwood) Oil, Lavandula angustifolia (Lavender) Flower Oil, Lavandula grosso (Lavandin) Oil, Boswellia carterii (Frankincense) Resin Oil, Anthemis nobilis (Chamomile) Oil. Contains naturally occurring Linalool, Limonene, Geraniol. These are naturally present in essential oils and listed in accordance with cosmetic labelling guidelines.

How To Use

Before bed, gently roll onto pulse points, such as your wrists, temples, neck, or behind your ears. These areas help the scent diffuse naturally with your body’s warmth.

After application, take a deep breath in through your nose, inhaling the soothing aroma. Hold for a few seconds, then exhale slowly. Repeat this mindful breathing 2–3 times for maximum benefits.
