Products + Ingredients

Are your products natural?

Yes! Our products are made with high-quality, naturally derived ingredients. We prioritise gentle, plant-based ingredients
and avoid harsh chemicals, fillers, and synthetic fragrances. Where needed, we
use safe, eco-conscious ingredients to ensure our products are effective and
kind to your skin.

Are your products cruelty-free?

Absolutely! We never test on animals — and we never will. Our products are cruelty-free and created with compassion at every step.

Are your products vegan?

Most of our range is vegan-friendly. Any non-vegan ingredients (like honey or beeswax) are clearly listed in the ingredient description. We're always transparent so you can make choices that feel right for you.

Can you use the Shower Steamers/Powder in the bath?

No, as these beauties contain a large amount of pure essential oils, they can irritate the skin if in direct contact.

Are your ingredients safe during pregnancy?

Some of our products contain essential oils that may not be recommended during
pregnancy. We include clear notes on each product page where precautions apply.
If you're pregnant or breastfeeding, we recommend checking with your healthcare
provider before use

Where are your products made?

All of our products are lovingly handcrafted in small batches in the Southern Downs, Queensland, Australia. We’re proud to be Australian made and owned.

How should I store my products?

To keep your products at their best, store them in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Because we use natural ingredients, it's best to use them within 6 months for maximum freshness and potency.

What does “handcrafted” mean?

Every product is made by hand in small batches with care and intention — never mass-produced. This ensures higher quality, attention to detail, and a more personal touch in everything we offer.

Do you use synthetic fragrances or colours?

No way! We only use pure essential oils for scent and natural clays, botanicals, or extracts for colour. No synthetic fragrances, dyes, or harsh additives.

Are your products free from harmful ingredients like parabens and sulphates?

Yes — always! Our products are free from commonly used harmful ingredients such as parabens, sulfates (SLS/SLES), phthalates, mineral oils, synthetic fragrances, and artificial dyes. We believe in creating clean, effective products that support your wellbeing without compromising your health or the environment. Every ingredient we use is carefully selected for its safety, purpose, and natural origin.

Payments + Purchases

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major payment methods, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Afterpay, and Shop Pay. You can also use Apple Pay and Google Pay at checkout for a faster experience.

Do you offer Afterpay or other buy now, pay later options?

Yes! We offer Afterpay and Pay Pal Pay in 4, so you can shop now and pay later in four interest-free instalments. Just select Afterpay or Pay in 4 at checkout.

Is my information safe?

Absolutely. Our store is hosted on Shopify, which uses secure encryption to protect your personal and payment information. Your privacy and safety are a top priority.

Can I use a discount code?

Yes — if you have a discount code, simply enter it at checkout in the “Discount code” box before completing your purchase. Only one code can be used per order unless otherwise stated.

Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible
at hello@thewildemagnolia.com.au. We’ll do our best to help if your order hasn’t
already been processed or shipped.

Do you offer gift cards?

Yes! We offer digital gift cards that can be emailed directly to your recipient or printed at home. They’re the perfect last-minute gift and can be used on any of our products.

Shipping + Returns

Where do you ship?

We currently ship Australia-wide from our studio in the Southern Downs, QLD. We hope to offer international shipping in the future — stay tuned!

How much is shipping?

We offer flat-rate standard shipping across Australia. Free shipping may be available for orders over a certain amount — check our homepage, shipping policy or cart for the latest offer.

How long will my order take to arrive?

We aim to process and dispatch all orders within 1-3 business days. Delivery times vary depending on your location, but most Australian orders arrive within 3–8 business days after dispatch. You’ll receive tracking details as soon as your order ships.

Can I pick up my order locally?

At this stage, we don’t offer local pickup, but we do offer free local delivery to Warwick QLD residences. We’re always reviewing options — if you're nearby, feel free to reach out and we’ll see what we can do!

What if my order arrives damaged or something is missing?

We take great care when packing your order, but if something arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us within 5 days of delivery at hello@thewildemagnolia.com.au. We’ll make it right.

Do you offer returns or exchanges?

If you’ve purchased some beautiful TWM goodies and have changed your mind once you received them, we have a 7 day return policy, which means you have 7 days after you have received your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To request a return, please reach out via our contact page or email us at hello@thewildemagnolia.com.au. If your return is accepted, return shipping will be at your own cost, and you will assume all risk for lost, stolen, or damaged goods during transit.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

My package hasn’t arrived — what should I do?

Sustainability

Are your products environmentally friendly?

Yes. We’re deeply committed to creating products that are as kind to the Earth as they are to you. Our ingredients are naturally derived, biodegradable, and thoughtfully chosen to minimise environmental impact.

What kind of packaging do you use?

We use recyclable, reusable, or compostable packaging wherever possible. Our mailing boxes are plastic-free, and we avoid unnecessary packaging and reuse packaging where possible. We're always looking for ways to improve and reduce waste even further.

Are your products palm oil free?

Yes — all of our products are 100% palm oil free. We consciously choose ingredients that align with ethical sourcing and environmental care.

Do you source ingredients sustainably?

Absolutely. We work with suppliers who prioritise ethical, sustainable sourcing and share our values around environmental stewardship and transparency.

Are your products safe for greywater or septic systems?

Yes. Our bath and body products are free from harsh chemicals, making them safe for most greywater and septic systems — just be sure to follow local guidelines where applicable
