What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Our opening wholesale MOQ is $150. Reorder minimums may differ and will be outlined upon approval.
Where are your products made?
All of our products are handcrafted in small batches in our studio in Warwick on the Southern Downs in sunny Queensland.
What are your lead times?
As our products are handcrafted in small batches, wholesale orders are typically dispatched within 10–14 business days. During peak periods, lead times may vary slightly, we’ll always communicate clearly if delays are expected.
How do wholesale orders ship?
Wholesale orders are shipped via Australia Post tracked parcels. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout or confirmed prior to dispatch.
Local stockists are welcome to contact us to arrange pick up or delivery
Do you offer exclusivity?
Exclusivity may be considered on a case-by-case basis, depending on location and order volume.
How do i place a wholesale order?
Once your application has been approved, you’ll receive an email with a link to activate your account. From there you will be able to log in to your wholesale account to view pricing and place orders directly through our website.
