Each 200g bag provides enough soak for 2-3 baths depending on your preference.

Each soak is made by hand in small batches in the Southern Downs. We keep things small so we can keep things special — blending with care, infusing every jar/pouch with purpose, and ensuring every ingredient is fresh, potent, and pure.

For A full bath:
sprinkle 1/3-1/2 of the soak into warm water, breathe in, and let the scent settle your nervous system, while you relax for 20 minutes and let the ingredients work their magic.
For a foot soak:
No bath? No problem. Our Soaks make a beautiful foot soak, too — because self-care should always meet you where you are. Drop a handful into a basin of warm water and let the soothing salts and aromas do their thing. Perfect for a quick reset anytime.
Pro tip:
If you’d rather avoid the botanicals floating around, pop them in a muslin tea bag for all the benefits, minus the mess!
