Mini Ritual: Grounding Evening Wind-Down

Time Needed: 5–10 minutes
When: After the kids are in bed / after a shower / end of your day
Intention: To release the day’s tension and return to your body


What You’ll Need:

Your favourite essential oil (Our Harmony Essential Oil Roller is perfect for this)

A quiet corner, warm bed, or cozy chair

Optional: a cup of herbal tea, calming music, or soft lighting


The Ritual:

  1. Roll On & Breathe
    Gently roll your Harmony blend onto your wrists, temples, and chest.
    Close your eyes and take 3 slow, deep breaths.
    Let the grounding scent of Cedarwood, Patchouli, and Vetiver anchor you.

  2. Soften Your Body
    Relax your shoulders.
    Unclench your jaw.
    Let your belly soften.
    (You don’t need to do anything right now. Just be.)

  3. Name & Release
    Ask yourself: “What can I gently let go of right now?”
    Imagine that stress dissolving as you exhale.

  4. Anchor In Calm
    Repeat softly (out loud or in your mind):
    “I am safe. I am grounded. I am allowed to rest.”
